Permit Fees
Colorado requires photography permits in many of their open spaces and parks. The locations below either do not require a permit or are a location I maintain a permit for. If you wish to schedule a session for a location that requires a permit, please be sure to schedule one month ahead and know that the fee will be added to your invoice (permits typically are $30-$100.)
Trip Fees
Some locations are subject to trip fees for the additional time and travel involved.
highlands ranch
LOCATION #1
The gem of Highlands Ranch… the historic mansion offers both nature backdrops, in addition to sweeping stairways, brick and stone. The grounds are open to the public, except when events are being held (see online calendar of events.) The mansion is an ideal location for senior portraits and family sessions.
This beautiful family braved the chilly temperatures to update their family photos at the mansion. A little snow added so much to this already gorgeous backdrop.

The perfect neighborhood park with easy access to walking paths, fallen logs, a small bridge and restored white farmhouse. Ideal for senior portraits and family sessions.
What a joy to photograph this adorable little one and her parents on her 1st birthday. She was such an incredible trooper as we documented this milestone moment.
